Intercontinental sells suburban Boston office property

Children's Extended Care Center, Inc., has purchased a two-story, Class A office/flex building in Peabody, Mass., for an undisclosed price from Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.

The buyer was represented in the deal by Cushman & Wakefield while Thomas Taranto handled the in-house negotiations for Intercontinental.

The office building is located at roughly 20 miles north of Boston at 10 Centennial Dr. It is situated on 25 acres and contains 330,753 square feet. The building was acquired by Intercontinental in Feb. 2004 and current tenants of the property include Synventive Molding Solutions, Inc., Pain & Wellness Center, Inc., and Centennial Farms Management Co., Inc.
