H&P finalizes sale of Houston multi-family

Santa Clarita, Calif.-based Pecan Shadows, Ltd., has sold the Pecan Shadows apartments in Houston, Texas for an undisclosed price to West Park 137, LLC.

Jeff Eisenhardt of Hendricks & Partners' Houston office represented the seller in the deal.

The apartment complex is located at 480 W. Parker Road and contains 137 units. The buyer plans to invest in a moderate rehab of the property, including replacing the roofs and upgrading kitchens.

Earlier this year, Eisenhardt negotiated the sale of the Park Shadows apartments in Beaumont on behalf of the seller, Park Shadows Apartments, Ltd.
