California buyer acquires Texas apartments

Hendricks & Partners has negotiated the sale of the Bellmere apartments in Denton, Texas.

Muenster-based Rohmer Denton Properties, Ltd., sold the multi-family property to Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based 816 N.Bell, LLC.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Peter Hartnett and Ryan Warren of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office. The Bellmere apartments are located at 816 N. Bell Ave. and contain 60 units.

Earlier this year, Warren sold the La Maureta apartments , also in Denton. He represented both the buyer and the seller in the August transaction.
