Juster acquires two Tarrytown office buildings

A privately owned real estate investment company, Juster Development, has purchased two office buildings in Tarrytown, N.Y., for $48 million.

The properties at 100 and 120 White Plains Road were sold by SL Green Realty Corp. Fixed-rate financing of $28 million was arranged by
Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman.

Located at 120 White Plains Road, the Christiana Building is a six-story office structure with 203,739 square feet on nine acres. The structure at 100 White Plains Road was built in 1927 as a colonial-style residential home and was converted to a four-story office structure in the early 1990s.

The buildings, which are about 98 percent leased, are located less than half a mile from Interstate 287 with easy access to Manhattan and the area's business centers.
