Charleston, S.C.-based Ziff Properties has sold the Coliseum Corner retail strip in Hampton, Va., for an undisclosed price to Bethesda, Md.-based Kodiak Properties. CB Richard Ellis' Chris Read, Mike Burkard, Steve Shields, PK Kamath and Jeff Bloxsom marketed the building on behalf of Ziff Properties. Coliseum Corner is a 48,339-square-foot retail property that is located at 2165 Cunningham Dr. It has recently been renovated and is anchored by Goodwill and Kool Smiles. Other tenants include Nationwide Insurance, CitiFinancial, Weight Watchers, Cosmo Prof and Jackson Hewitt. Burkard is a senior VP with CBRE and joined the company in its Washington, D.C., office in 1987 and then moved on to join the Investment Properties division in Charlotte in 2000. He has been a top five producer in the Carolinas since 2003. Shields, a sales associate, has been with CBRE since 2004 when he joined the company as a financial analyst. He has had a variety of operational and financial roles in Denver, Colorado and Charlotte. He was CBRE's 2004 "Rookie of the Year." Address: 2165 Cunningham Dr., Hampton, Va.
