by In just four months since its completion, a mixed-used R&D and office business park in Irvine, Calif., has sold 33 of its 56 buildings.
Koll Center 3 is a 188,374-square-foot mixed-use R&D and office business park at Bake Parkway and Research Drive, near the intersection of Interstates 5 and 405.
Voit Commercial Brokerage is representing the seller, developer The Koll Company.
Three sales are in escrow and 30 have closed in the center, which is near The Irvine Spectrum, a popular dining and shopping destination in Orange County.
The center includes 56 buildings located within 11 design professional studios or high-bay industrial/R&D buildings. Buildings range in size from 1,100 to 29,000 square feet.
Construction of the center began in April 2007 and was completed in August 2008.
