Essex sells Airport Tech Center for $5.6M

Irvine, Calif.-based Essex Realty Management has sold the Airport Tech Center in Ontario for $5.6 million to LBSW, LLC.

Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Essex Realty while the buyer was represented by Douglas Wells of Penta Pacific Properties.

The Airport Tech Center is a four-building, multi-tenant industrial and office business park. It contains 47,345 square feet and is was 80 percent occupied at the time of sale. The property is located at 59 South Milliken Ave. and 4335, 4355 and 4405 East Airport Dr.

Earlier this year, Pekarcik and Vittone brokered the $3.5 million sale of the Brooks Industrial Park in Montclair. The two represented the seller in the transaction.
