Queens multi-family fetches $162,500 per unit

Jamaica, N.Y.-based Kent Properties Co., has sold the Kent Arms Apartments in the Manhattan suburb of Briarwood for $13 million to 85-02 139th Realty, LLC.

Peter Vassiliou and John Stewart of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office handled the negotiations for both parties in the deal.

The Kent Arms is located at 85-02 139th St. in Briarwood, a residential section of Jamaica, Queens. It contains 80 units and sold for $162,500 per unit. The six-story building totals 92,000 square feet.
