Grubb & Ellis|BRE orchestrates San Diego office sale

Northern Lights Properties, LLC, has purchased an office condominium with the Venture Commerce Center in San Diego, Calif., from Venture Corp., of Larkspur.

Phillip Linton of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial handled the negotiations for Venture Corp., while Sumreen Sayed of Summer Real Estate represented Grubb & Ellis in the deal.

The property contains 3,453 square feet and is located at 11189-11199 Sorrento Valley Rd. Venture Corp., purchased the office property in 2007.
