Doctors' group buys Scottsdale medical office building

PG&J Properties, a group of Scottsdale area doctors, has purchased a medical office building near Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Hospital in north Scottsdale for $1.9 million.

The seller, Scottsdale Medical Building, LLC, was represented by Grubb & Ellis while the buyer was represented by Ensemble Devman Group.

The 5,879 square foot medical office building at 9745 N. 90th Place in Scottsdale sold for $326 per square foot. The doctors who bought the structure plan to relocate their offices to the building, which was 35 percent leased. The site is within walking distance of the hospital.
