122-unit townhome community near Dallas sold

Wexford Townhomes, a 122 unit multi-family community in Duncanville, Texas, has been sold by a Florida-based investment group to another out-of-state investor for an undisclosed amount. The sale satisfies a 1031 exchange.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 600 Wembley Circle, Wexford Townhomes is in excellent condition is approximately 95 percent occupied. It is located near Interstate 20 in the southwest section of the Dallas area.
