by Palm Glen Investors, LLC, has placed the Palm Glen Shopping Center in Phoeniz, Ariz., on the sales block with an asking price of $22.19 million. Sanford Burstyn, a VP in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, is representing the seller in the offering. The retail center is located at the northwest corner of 35th Avenue and Glendale Avenue and is being offered for $127 per square foot. It contains 175,218 square feet on 16.12 acres and is currently 95 percent occupied. The property is anchored by Food City and Maya High School.
