12/22/2008GVA Smith Mack finalizes Pennsylvania industrial deal
by Phoenixville, Pa.-based Innovative Print & Media Group, Inc. has purchased a single-story industrial building in Phoenixville from the principals of Collegeville-based Allied Wire & Cable. Neil Shupak and Justin Bell of GVA Smith Mack represented the seller in the deal while CB Richard Ellis' Leonard Redeyoff handled the negotiations for Innovative Print. The building is located at 500 Schell Lane and contains 35,000 square feet. Built in 2002, it will be occupied by Allied Wire & Cable, one of the largest independent distributors of cable and wire products in the country. "We purchased the building to merge the administration operations together with the warehousing and distribution facility, whereby creating synergy and added efficiencies throughout the business," said Robert Fisher, CEO and principal of Innovative Print.
