Aurora multi-family sells for $15.1M

Davis, Calif.-based Pilgrim Partners, LLC, has purchased the Turnberry at Heather Ridge apartments in Aurora, Colo., for $15.1 million from San Diego-based Fairfield Duck Creek, LP.

The deal was brokered by John Laratta of Hendricks & Partners' Denver office.

The apartments contain 268 units in 13 rental buildings. The property encompasses 220,520 square feet on 12.01 acres and was built in 1972. It sold for $56,343 per unit.
