Colliers Arnold makes three additions

Clearwater, Fla.-based Colliers Arnold has added three professionals to its Property Management Division.

Caroline Palmer has been hired as the regional director of Tampa Bay and is a former employee of Canadian-based Eastgroup Properties and Garcia Meyers, Inc. Kathy Mulken was added as the firm's senior regional director of South Florida for Collier's Abood Wood Fay Management, a joint venture effort in South Florida market with Colliers Arnold.

Pete Klaase has been hired to represented the firm as a senior property manager in the Jacksonville market. He joins the company after working for CB Richard Ellis since 2000 as a senior real estate manager. Klaase earned his bachelor's degree from Memphis State University.
