A 100 percent-leased retail center located along two major routes in Marietta, Ga., has been listed for sale for $12.75 million.

Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller for Pine Straw Place, a 45,375-square-foot retail center in suburban Atlanta.

The center is anchored by Trader Joe's and CVS. Other tenants in the center include a mix of national and regional tenants such as AT&T, California Pizza Kitchen, New Balance, Men's Wearhouse, InkStop, Paper Affair, Willy's Mexicana Grill and Bellissimo Fine Jewelry.

Built in 2007, the property is positioned on 4.35 acres at the intersection of Roswell and Johnson Ferry roads in the heart of the Marietta retail corridor. National tenants surrounding the property include Target, Home Depot, Kohl's, Office Depot, Old Navy, PetSmart, LA Fitness, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Michael's and numerous others.
