Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of North Dallas office building

A two-story office building in Far North Dallas has been sold by a Texas corporation to a Dallas-area limited liability corporation.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and brought the buyer to the deal. The sale price was not announced.

Bent Tree Gardens Office Building, built in 1985, is an atrium-style building with 53,565 square feet located on the Dallas North Tollway and Quorum Drive in far north Dallas. With just more than 60 percent occupancy, the building is surrounded by upscale multi-family and high-end residential properties, as well as other high-quality office and retail in a popular submarket.

The new owners plan to refurbish the interiors, replace aging mechanical systems and update the property's exterior. Current tenants of the building include American National, Farmers Insurance Group and Lee Engineering.
