Marcus & Millichap arranges acquisition loan in California


Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has arranged a $3.4 million acquisition loan for the Haynes Medical Plaza in Van Nuys, Calif.

Sharone Sabar arranged the fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower.

Financing for the transaction was provided by the Small Business Administration with a 6.39 percent fixed rate. It is a 10-year loan with a loan-to-value of 88 percent.

"MMCC added value to the transaction by securing high-leverage financing with a low, long-term fixed-interest rate, and by closing the transaction before the deadline," Sabar said.
