Republic of Mauritius makes Washington, D.C. acquisition

The Republic of Mauritius has purchased a four-story office building in Washington, D.C.'s Dupont Circle for $2.2 million from 1709 N Street Associates.

Jayne Shister and Christopher Woods of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

The building is located at 1709 N St. N.W. and contains 4,626 square feet. It was built in 1905 by Frederic B. Pyle and was constructed of pressed brick and stone.
