Four-property industrial portfolio sold in north Dallas

Four industrial properties totaling 248,279 square feet in the northern suburbs of Dallas have been sold by RREEF.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented RREEF in the deal. A Dallas-based investment partnership purchased the portfolio for an undisclosed amount.

Two of the properties are located in Richardson: 400 Industrial Drive (South), which includes 77,790 square feet on 3.8 acres, and 400 Industrial Drive (North), with 62,181 square feet on three acres.

The remaining two properties are located in Carrollton: 1101 Venture Court, with 46,310 square feet on 2.2 acres, and 1030 Trend Drive, with almost 62,000 square feet on 2.5 acres.
