Lubbock apartment community sold

by
Ashton Pointe, a 366-unit multi-family community in Lubbock, Texas, has been sold to McDougal Companies.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged $16.3 million in financing for the property on behalf of McDougal Companies.

Ashton Pointe, located at 308 Frankford close to West Loop 289 in Lubbock, is 92 percent occupied. It was completed in three phases, in 1996, 2000 and 2003.
