1/7/2009San Diego flex building sold for $2.2 million
by A 17,612 square foot flex building in suburban San Diego has sold for $2.2 million to Wrapfiber, LLC. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the buyer. The seller, defense contracting company ITT Night Vision, was represented by Cushman Wakefield.The building is located at 8380 Miralani Drive in suburban Mira Mesa. Built in 1988, it sits on 1.23 acres. Wrapfiber is composed of principals of The Fyfe Company, a San Diego-based firm with a national and international business of bridge retrofitting. The company purchased the building for its headquarters. There will be 7,000 square feet of R&D space available in the building for lease through Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial.
