Henderson Global Investors has purchased Archstone Reading, an 11-building multi-family property in Reading, Mass., from Denver, Colo.-based
Archstone.

CB Richard Ellis represented Archstone in the transcation.
The property is located at 7 Archstone Circle and contains 204 units. Built in 2006, it is situated on 11.5 acres and sits one mile from the Reading commuter rail station, which runs directly to downtown Boston.
Donahue is a senior VP and partner with CBRE and specializes in the marketing and sale of multi-family properties in New England. Prior to joining the firm, he was the managing director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Boston office.
D'Amato is a VP with CBRE's Capital Markets Team in Boston. He specializes in multi-family investment sales and is a former employee of WinnResidential and Apartment Realty Advisors. D'Amato is a graduate of Dartmouth College and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Moylan is an executive vice president and partner with CBRE New England. He was one of the company's top 10 producers from 2002 to 2004 and was honored with the "2004 Retail Deal of the Year" award.
Lemire, senior vice president and partner with CBRE New England, joined the company in 1994 where he has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. He is a former account representative with Xerox Corp. and vice president of investment sales Leggatt McCall/Grubb & Ellis.
