Jacksonville office building brings $2.15M

A Boca Raton, Fla.-based investor has purchased a Jacksonville office building for $2.15 million.

David Luther and Bill Kohlhepp of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office handled the negotiations for the seller. The buyer, a locally-based private investor, was secured by an outside broker.

The three-story office building is located at 9000 Regency Square Blvd. It contains 34,000 square feet and was 40 percent occupied at the time of sale to tenants including United Legal Corp. and Planet 5 Associates.
