CBRE sells Salem Lakes Marketplace

An affiliate of Richmond, Va.-based River City Capital, LLC, has purchased the Salem Lakes Marketplace in Virginia Beach for an undisclosed price.

PK Kamath and Jeff Bloxsom of CB Richard Ellis' Charlottesville office, along with Patrick Gill, represented the seller in the deal.

The retail property contains 42,807 square feet. Built in 1989, it was renovated in 1999 and includes 2.2 acres of adjoining land. It is anchored by Food Lion.
