Midwest retail portfolio fetches $9.9M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 10-property retail portfolio in Michigan, Ohio and New York for $9.9 million, or $112 per square foot.

Both the buyer and seller were represented by Simon Jonna, Scott Plasky and Brandon Hanna.

The portfolio includes national retail tenants including CVS, Rite Aid and Family Dollar. The properties are 100 percent occupied with corporate-backed lease guarantors. It contains a total of 88,392 square feet.
