Equity Residential sells Georgia multi-family

Resource Real Estate has purchased the Woodland Hills multi-family community in Decatur, Ga., for an undisclosed price from Equity Residential.

Jason Nettles and Megan Thompson of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property for the seller in the deal.

The apartments are located at 3471 N. Druid Hills and contain 228 units. It was 95 percent leased at the time of sale with units averaging 1,167 square feet.
