Washington retail center on the block for $16M

The Nob Hill Shopping Center, a 100 percent leased shopping center in Yakima, Wash., has been placed on the sales block with a $16 million asking price.

Peter Nisbet and Joshua Nelson of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office are marketing and selling the property on behalf of the seller.

Nob Hill is located at 2204 W. Nob Hill Blvd. and contains 86,968 square feet. Built in 1989, it sits on a 7.82-acre lot and is being offered for $184 per square foot. The retail property is anchored by Safeway and Rite-Aid.
