Oceanside apartments fetch $4.6M

Pelican Cove Apartments
Pelican Cove Business Holdings, LLC, has purchased the Pelican Cove Apartments in Oceanside, Calif., for $4.6 million from Glenn Goldman Family Trust.

The buyer was represented in the deal by Will Creagan of Southwest Equity Partners while Ray Adams of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial handled the negotiations for the seller.

The apartments are located at 707-709 Eaton St. and contain 24 units. The complex is comprised of 22,374 rentable square feet and includes mostly two-bedroom units with garages.
