Industrial building in San Diego area sold, leased


A 133,000 square foot industrial building in southern California has been sold for $15 million and immediately leased to a new tenant for $6.6 million.

DEI LLC bought the structure on 2.59 acres at 12400 Stowe Drive in Poway from Hunter Douglas. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the buyer while CresaPartners represented the seller.

The entire building has been leased for a five-year term by a new tenant, Cycle Express LLC, d/b/a National Powersport Auctions, which needed additional space because of its recent expansion. The company is relocating from its current location on Gregg Street in Poway into the larger space due to an expansion. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented both the new owner and the new tenant.
