Miami apartment building sold for $1.1 million

A 20-unit apartment building in the Little Havana section of Miami has been sold for about $1.1 million.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and acquired the buyer in the transaction for the two-building property at at 500-510 SW 3 St. in Miami.

"The 15,000 square foot property is in good condition in a stable rental market which should enjoy continued rent growth and appreciation," Goldfarb said.
