Miramar office building sold, converted to rock climbing facility

RRS Mesa Rim, LLC has purchased a vacant office building in Miramar, Calif., for $5 million from LBA/MET Parnters I-Company IV, LLC.

The deal was finalized by Bryce Aberg and Brant Aberg of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial.

The building contains 27,512 square feet and the buyer put 50 percent down on the property and plans to convert the building into a rock climbing facility. It is located at 10110 Mesa Rim Road and is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2009.
