IPX acquires North Hollywood multi-family for $7.7M

Los Angeles, Calif.-based IPX has acquired the Otsego Villas in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood for $7.7 million from Otsego Villas, LLC, of Beverly Hills.

Both the buyer and the seller were represented in the deal by Melinda Russel of Hendricks & Partners.

The apartment complex is located at 11109 Otsego St. and contains 40 units. Built in the 1980s, it sold with a 5.75 percent capitalization rate.
