Baker Properties buys northern New Jersey industrial portfolio

400 Commons Way

Baker Properties has purchased two industrial buildings in northern New Jersey from RREEF.

The transaction was handled by Jose Cruz, Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut and Gary Gabriel of Cushman & Wakefield.

The two buildings total 231,000 square feet and are both fully leased. The portfolio includes the 148,598 square foot 500 Memorial Dr. in Franklin Township and the 83,028-square-foot 400 Commons Way in Rockaway.
