Invesco acquires Jefferson Building in Washington, D.C.


BlackRock Realty has sold the Jefferson Building in Washington, D.C., for an undisclosed price to INVESCO Real Estate.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Dek Potts, Jim Meisel and Andy Pulliam marketed the property for BlackRock.

The Jefferson Building is located at 1225 19th St. and contains 72,756 square feet. The eight-story building is 93 percent leased and was renovated in 2007.
