Grubb & Ellis sells Carlsbad townhomes for $4.5M

Newkirk Family Trust has purchased the Pirineos Pointe Luxury Townhomes in Carlsbad, Calif., for $4.5 million from Glenn Goldman Family Trust.

Ray Adam of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the seller while the buyer was represented by Dale Lawrence of Lawrence & Associates.

Built in 2003, the property is located at 2610-2622 Pirineos Way. It contains 14 units that each contains 1,640 square feet.
