Seattle multi-family sells for $7.1M

Seattle, Wash.-based West Lee, LLC has purchased The Max apartments in Seattle for $7.1 million from Maxville Partners, LLC of Bellevue.

Kenny Dudunakis, John Shaw, Josh Blake and Heather Wade of Hendricks & Partners' Seattle office negotiated the sale for the seller.

The apartments are situated at 8520 Evanston Ave. and contain 30 units.

"The Max was slated to be converted into condominiums, but with the downturn in condo sales, was reverted back to high-end apartments," Shaw said. "We are seeing high-end properties coming back from the conversion market and leading the apartment market in terms of pricing, rents and vacancy rates."

Address: 8520 Evanston Ave. North, Seattle, Wash.

Size: 30 units
