Grant joins Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers

Washington, D.C.-based Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has added Jim Grant as senior portfolio manager and VP.

Grant is a former VP and asset manager with ING Clarion Partners. He also worked as a VP of property management with Blake Real Estate. With Cassidy & Pinkard, he will focus on the management of Beacon Capital Partner's 4.9-million-square-foot Washington, D.C.-region office portfolio.
