Marcus & Millichap's Dorothy Jackman, Christopher Stefan, Steven Eschler and Edwin Greenhalgh are representing the seller in the offering.

The apartments are located 150 Du Rhu Dr., and are comprised of 23 buildings on 204,585 square feet. The property sits on 13 acres and is being offered for $137,681 per unit with a 6.46 capitalization rate.
