CBRE facilitates sale of Petroleum Towers

RM Crowe has brokered the sale of the Petroleum Towers in San Antonio, Texas to James F. Cotter, a local private investor.

CB Richard Ellis' Todd Mills brokered the sale.

The Petroleum Towers are comprised of two eight-story buildings at 8626 and 8700 Tesoro Dr. The two buildings contains 112,315 and 111,042 square feet with a 10,931-square-foot atrium in between. They are currently occupied by tenants such as Lockheed Martin Corp., CYTO Laboratories, Inc., the Internal Revenue Service and Cingular Wireless.
