Corona industrial facility sells for $1.2M

Golden West Enterprises, LLC, has sold a single-story industrial property in Corona, Calif., for $1.2 million to Peter and Thelma Karagines.

Walter Frome and Bill Livesay of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Golden West, a plumbing contractor, while Johny Eubanks of Lee & Associates represented the buyers.

The industrial property contains 8,128 square feet and is located at 2047 Cecilia Circle. The facility sold for $147 per square foot.
