by The Avondale Shops, an eight-tenant retail property in Washington, D.C., has been placed on the market with a $6.1 million asking price. Roy Hill, Marty Zupancic, and Peter Snell of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller of the building. The retail property is located at 1901 Michigan Ave. N.E. and is anchored by Dollar Tree, YMCA and PanAm International Supermarket. It is situated on a 1.15-acre lot on the Maryland border. "With the federal government and foreign embassies "hubbed" in Washington, D.C., the local commercial real estate market remains robust. Avondale Shops is no exception. To that end, we are confident the market will respond aggressively to this investment," Hill said. Address: 1901 Michigan Ave. N.E., Washington, D.C. Filed Under: Retail | | |
