Single-tenant Arizona commercial building sold for $4.6 million

A commercial site in suburban Phoenix that is leased to Wal-Mart's Marketside program ahs been sold for $4.595 million to an out-of-state buyer.
Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the unidentified seller and helped arrange a new loan through Mark One Capital to facilitate the sale.
The building sold with a 7 percent capitalization rate. The new loan was over 10 years at 5.53 percent with a 30 year amortization. Filed Under:Retail
