Investors buy Santa Ana's Harbor Square for $7.4 million

A 23,500 square foot retail building in Santa Ana's Harbor Square has been sold for $7.425 million.

NAI Capital represented both the seller, Lin Estate Inc., and the buyer, Tung Thanh Dinh et. al., in the investment sale. The building on 1.89 acres at at 100-120 S. Harbor Blvd. includes a 20,764 square foot and a 2,772 square foot restaurant with a drive-through.

The property is located on the corner of First Street and Harbor Boulevard with more than 80,000 cars of combined daily traffic counts.

The buyer plans to renovate the center.
