Lee & Associates negotiates 4,000sf industrial lease

Lee & Associates has completed the two-year lease of industrial/flex space in Hesperia, Calif., on behalf of the tenant, 1-800 Radiator.

Ryan Travis handled the negotiations for the tenant in the transaction.

The building is located at 11126 I Ave. 1-800 Radiator leased 4,000 square feet of the 11,247-square-foot facility. The tenant is a national retailer specializing in the distribution of radiators.
