Walker joins Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta

Jeff Walker, formerly an associate at Capmark Finance, has joined Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman as an associate in Atlanta.

Walker is responsible for helping to arrange first trust financing, mezzanine debt and preferred and joint-venture equity for the firm's real estate clients.

"We're very excited to bring Jeff on board," said Michael Ryan, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman's Atlanta office. "Jeff will be a considerable asset to our team, especially with his extensive experience in real estate finance and knowledge of the Atlanta and national real estate markets."
