North Carolina shopping center sells for $19M

Berkeley Commons
Berkeley Commons, a TJ Maxx-anchored shopping center in Goldsboro, N.C., has sold for $19 million.

Alvin Mansour of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller while Steven Siegel, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer.

Built in 2006, the retail center is located at 1201-1303 Berkeley Blvd. and contains 136,827 square feet. It sold with a 7.69 percent capitalization rate and is currently occupied by national tenants including Lane Bryant, H&R Block, Rue 21, Radio Shack, Maurices, Rack Room Shoes, Fashion Nails, Bailey's Jewelry, Empire Fire Mongolian Restaurant and Cold Stone Creamery.
