2/19/2009HFF arranges $43M financing for three shopping centers
by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $43 million in financing for three retail centers in Virginia and Florida on behalf of Columbia Regency Partners II. Jim Cadranell secured the financing on behalf of Columbia Regency Partners, a joint venture between Regency Centers and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund. The three centers are the Hollymead Town Center in Charlottesville, Signal Hill Shopping Center in Manassas and the John's Creek Center in Jacksonville. Hollymead is located at Seminole Trail and Town Center Drive and contains 296,239 square feet. Built in 2005, it is 98 percent leased. Signal Hill is located at 9534 Liberia Ave. It contains 95,170 square feet and is 96 percent occupied. The 89,921-square-foot John's Creek Center is located at 2940 State Route 10.
