Suburban Atlanta retail building sells for $16.5M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $16.05 million sale of a free-standing BJ's Wholesale Club retail building in Woodstock, Ga.

The firm's Sonny Molloy represented the seller, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based private investor, while Jason Vitorino and Philip Levy handled the negotiations for the buyer.

The retail building is located at 105 Long Drive in the Atlanta suburb of Woodstock, the 10th fastest growing suburb in America, according to Molloy. It sold for $139 per square foot and contains 115,396 square feet.
