Hendricks & Partners sells Utah multi-family

Hendricks & Partners has arranged the sale of the Buena Vista apartment complex in West Valley, Utah.

James Wadsworth and Greg Barrat of the firm's Salt Lake City office represented the seller in the transaction.

The apartments are located at 4425 South Christopherson in West Valley, a town that sits roughly 12 miles south of Salt Lake City. The seller, a California syndicate, owned the property for 19 months and invested in significant renovations. The buyer plans to continue the upgrades.
